Preparing Individuals for Life, Not Just Graduation.Every individual deserves the opportunity to communicate, belong, grow, and live a meaningful life.At ASCENDA Foundation, we believe that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve more than access to services. They deserve opportunities to discover their strengths, develop independence, build relationships, and participate fully in their communities. For many families, the transition from school to adulthood brings uncertainty. Access to meaningful employment, continued education, community opportunities, and essential support can become increasingly difficult to navigate.ASCENDA Foundation is working to change that.Your Donation Supports:

Education and Lifelong Learning: Creating meaningful learning opportunities, including ASCENDA Preparatory Academy, focused on communication, independence, and preparation for adulthood.

Transition Navigation: Helping youth and families navigate the transition from school to adult services, employment, and community life.

Family Education and Advocacy: Providing workshops, resources, and guidance that empower families to make informed decisions.

Community Inclusion: Creating opportunities for friendships, recreation, social connections, and meaningful community participation.

Employment Readiness and Independence: Supporting the development of practical life skills, self-determination, and pathways toward meaningful work.

Be Part of Their FutureWhether you give $25, $100, $500, or become a monthly supporter, your generosity helps ASCENDA Foundation expand opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families.Your donation is more than a gift. It is an investment in possibility, dignity, independence, and belonging.Together, we can build a future where individuals with disabilities are not simply prepared to graduate, but empowered to thrive throughout their lives.Join us in preparing individuals for life, not just graduation.Thank you for believing in our mission.ASCENDA Foundation www.ascendafoundation.org
