🌟&nbsp;Join us in Saving Lives! 🌟through September 3 UPDATE THURSDAY, AUG 28 - WOW! &nbsp;We were just totally surprised by a $20,000 donation from a New England foundation. I don&#39;t know who made this happen but you have provided HUGE relief! Before the fundraiser began, I told a visitor from Texas who was here that we really &quot;need&quot; $30,000, but $22,000 is the most critical and by stopping enrollments we can manage if we do not have the $30,000. Yesterday we were far from the goal of $22,000 but so many people have given who have not given in years or ever. THANK YOU ALL! Then this morning, suddenly the $20,000 was in our mailbox. I can only say, &quot;Praise God&quot; and &quot;Thank you so much!&quot; We are leaving this fundraiser open through September 3rd as planned because honestly, we do need the extra funds to resume receiving babies.---------------------------------------------------------------------- At Kulea Childcare Villages, we have seen that change starts with people who care. We are so grateful that you keep showing up for us and supporting our ministry! &nbsp;We need help THIS MONTH to buy 6 months of infant formula. Together, we can make sure the 85 enrolled babies have the best early start in life with excellent nutrition. (65 are on formula; 20 have already weaned but are in the program 1 more month). Why now?We experience formula shortages several times each year and to contend with that we try to keep 10 - 12 months in storage. We are low with only 3 months of stock.
