A local non-profit dedicated to reconnecting today’s youth with the outdoors. Our camp travels to unique destinations and provides phone-free environments where students can build real friendships and create lasting memories while participating in exciting and challenging activities (i.e. hiking, camping, caving, kayaking, backpacking, camp cooking, and more). During our adventures we teach and reinforce valuable social and life skills such as respect, responsibility, teamwork, patience, courage, gratitude, and responsible stewardship of the outdoors. The many benefits of getting outdoors are supported by countless studies stating that time in nature makes us happier, less stressed, and healthier. We know the detrimental effects of today’s culture, phone addiction, and social media weigh heavy on our youth, but we provide healthy, memorable, and meaningful experiences teaching youth to “Pack Light and Live Right.” With your support, we will be able to guide our youth into new adventures and a positive future.We will use your donation to:a) Offset the cost of trips for our families b) Help purchase a permanent vehicle c) Secure an additional Staff d) Expose students to a wider variety of natural environments e) Provide more unique activities (river rafting, rock climbing, repelling, leadership programs and more).  f) Purchase needed supplies for wilderness camping g) Pay for various national/state park entrance fees or lodging costs when applicable.
