A diverse group of people pose together for a photo in front of a plain grey wall, with a table holding various items in the foreground.

No one should have to walk the transplant journey alone. Founded by a heart transplant recipient, HEAL AND GROW NASHVILLE provides support, education, and community for transplant recipients, people awaiting transplantation, caregivers, and families. We are raising $5,000 to support our transplant and resources gatherings. Your donation will help provide educational materials, resource connections, refreshments, welcoming spaces where people can share their experiences and feel understood in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Every gift helps us bring people together and remind transplant families that they have a community beside them. Please donate and share our campaign. Together, we can help more people heal, grow, and thrive.
