$72,000 Goal | More than half of the School’s Annual Funding Has Already Been SecuredAt a time when education in Gaza has been severely disrupted, Hayat School is providing 700 students with the opportunity to continue learning in a safe, supportive environment — completely free of charge. The total cost of supporting the school and its 700 students for the full academic year is $168,000. We are grateful to have already secured $96,000 — more than half of the total funding needed. Now, we are asking our community to help us raise the remaining $72,000 and ensure that all 700 students can continue receiving the education, supplies, meals, and support they need. What Your Support Makes PossibleHayat School was created to give children in Gaza the opportunity to continue their education despite the extraordinary circumstances surrounding them.Your donations help support:

Free education for 700 students

Teachers and school staff

School bags, notebooks, stationery, and essential educational supplies

Meals for students throughout the month

Clean water and essential school operating needs

School reconstruction and improvements

Paving and rehabilitation of the school space

Sun and rain protection for students

New classroom boards in accordance with Ministry of Education requirements

A safe and functional learning environment where students can continue their education

Our goal is not simply to keep classrooms open.
