Scorched earth and debris from a fire litter the foreground, with a dense forest of trees forming the background.

William “Ken” Hibner and his family lost nearly everything when a lightning strike sparked a fire that destroyed the storage structure holding most of their belongings. Ken is a 20-year military veteran, a husband, father, grandfather, and someone who has spent years quietly showing up for people in his community. The Veterans Phalanx is stepping in because we know Ken, we know this story, and we know this family could use some help. Every dollar raised through this campaign will go directly to the Hibner family to help them replace essential belongings and begin rebuilding after the loss. Even $5 helps. And if giving isn’t possible, sharing this campaign may help even more by putting Ken’s story in front of someone who can.
