More about the Mission The 4:12 Collective is a Christian ministry collective and leadership network grounded in Ephesians 4:12: equipping believers for the work of ministry and building up the body of Christ. Its purpose is to intentionally develop people, leaders, churches, and communities for healthy, sustainable, gospel-centered impact. 4:12 functions as a ministry hub and equipping network, modeled on the Antioch model (Acts 11–14)—prioritizing leadership development, commissioning, collaboration, and multiplication over centralized control or institutional hierarchy.
