Officer Mark Moore and his K9 partner, Cyrus, responded to assist with establishing a perimeter after the suspect made violent threats. While on that perimeter, the suspect fled his home armed with a large knife. K9 Cyrus suffered from a small stab wound to his shoulder that required stitches and an overnight stay at the veterinarian clinic. He has since been released, and Mark has been moved to a rehab facility after an eight-day stay in the hospital.&nbsp;The road to recovery is far from over for Mark, his wife, and family.
