Two students in navy blue shirts study together at a wooden table with books and notebooks against a plain, neutral background.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and approach their future with confidence. Upland is an educational initiative of Science for Silence Inc. We create short, guided academic warm-ups that fit into existing ACT and SAT tutoring sessions.  Through simple breathing, attention, and reflection practices, students have a moment to settle in before returning to the work ahead. Our vision is to make thoughtful preparation a natural part of learning - not another demand on students, but a little space to pause, reset, and move forward. Your support helps us build that vision: developing educational resources and working toward bringing them to more students and communities. Together, we can invest in the young people who will shape our shared future. Support students today. Help strengthen tomorrow.
