Help plant the seed funds to fight food insecurity!  Give where you live. 1 in 4 San Diegans are food insecure meaning that they do not have three meals a day with the correct caloric intake.Our Giving Kitchen is proud to join in the effort to end this food insecurity.  Our local chefs + local loving volunteers = serving the needs in our North County neighborhood! Our Giving Kitchen San Diego is ready to purchase start up kitchenware and restaurant supplies, raw food ingredients, and event items in order to start operating.  Once we reach our funding goal, we will be able to start cooking up a storm to feed hundreds of food insecure families and homeless neighbors every week.  A professional chef will cook restaurant quality meals which are then packaged by local volunteers with love. These meals are then picked up by our nonprofit community partners and distributed directly to the homeless, needy, and food insecure families in our neighborhood.
