We recently received a call for help from animal control. They stated that the&nbsp;owner&nbsp;of a dog&nbsp;had moved&nbsp;and left the dog behind.&nbsp;He was&nbsp;chained up in the sun with no shade or shelter.&nbsp;There was confusion about who, if anyone, was still feeding the dog.&nbsp;We rescued him and brought him home to heal.&nbsp;He is around&nbsp;25-30 lbs underweight&nbsp;and in need of extra vet care (on top of vaccines, microchip, and neuter).&nbsp; Lucky already has a home lined up, but we need your help with raising the needed funds to provide the extra vet care that Lucky will need. &nbsp;🐶.
