🌟 Partner With Us to Open Olivo Christian School and Change a Child&#39;s Future! 🌟 For years, God has been writing a story that none of us could have planned on our own. Rebecca Obando has been a teacher for 12 years, and her father is the lead Pastor of Centro De Restauracion Jesucristo Es El Senor in Huacas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Together, they carried a long-standing dream: to open a Christian school where children could learn, grow, and be discipled in a Christ-centered environment. Despite many challenges, they stepped out in faith about ten years ago and began slowly building a school, piece by piece, trusting God to provide. At the same time, Shawn Glendening was in the United States praying about answering God&#39;s calling to serve more deeply in missions. He felt a strong pull toward Costa Rica and, with the encouragement and support of his wife Victoria, Cristo Vida was formed. After sending messages to many churches, God divinely connected Shawn with Pastor Bernabe Obando. What we didn&#39;t know at the time was that we had all been praying for the same thing...to help start a Christian school that would impact generations. When we met Rebecca this past year, she felt God telling her that it was finally time to step out of the security of her job and pursue this dream fully. Cristo Vida has committed to helping complete the school, but there is still a long list of needs: classroom materials, furniture, playground equipment, various supplies and several areas of construction that must be finished before February. We are asking, humbly and urgently, for your help. Your support will allow us to finish the school and open the doors for students this coming February, giving them a safe, loving place to learn academically and grow spiritually.
