JHFCharity is raising funds to open a transitional housing program in Arizona for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. This program will provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, rental assistance, case management, and connections to critical community resources. To qualify for available funding, we must raise 25% of the project cost by December. Reaching this goal will help us unlock additional funding to support the program for the next two years.
