How We Boost Youth Mental Health - W.I.N. Workouts Our W.I.N. Workouts are our virtual elementary school assemblies packed with uplifting, educational music, mindful movement, empowering meditations, and all of our signature M.E. (Mental Emotional) Skills!  In these sessions, we support the social emotional learning goals of our school partners by making educational SEL experiences engaging, inspirational, and to be honest HYPE AF.  We impact thousands of students every year with these assemblies and have even elevated the impact of the Jr NBA, Cleveland Cavaliers, Philadelphia 76ers, Utah Jazz, and many private foundations of professional athletes through virtual event partnerships. These assemblies are a powerful bridge to the parents of the students we serve, and our vision in 2025 is to provide parents with educational and inspirational resources to help them raise healthy, resilient, and compassionate kids. Our Small & Inspirational Team - Complete Transparency Our 2 edu-tainers (see what we did there? 😉) are our largest asset. Frankly speaking, they are our only asset, and they make empowering 60,000 kids since 2020 possible. Ryan McFarland is our part-time coach/dance extraordinaire. He shows up for the events, brings smiles to so many faces, and gets paid $150 as an independent contractor per event appearance. Ben Cecchini is our founder, executive director and currently wears alllll the hats for GNG. Ben makes the music, runs the marketing campaigns, manages the website, pitches potential partners, creates the flyers, resources & video content, prepares the taxes, sweeps the courts.... you get the picture. When funding is available, Ben makes a modest $32,000/yr salary. How Your Donation Helps - The Snowball Effect In order to grow our impact and move our organization towards self-sustainability, we need help taking some simple things off our financial plate in 2025. For less than $1,000 per year, all our necessary operational tools will be paid for - Zoom, our Website, Google Workspace, the ADP payroll fees, and a few others. We can reinvest that $1000 into hiring some helping hands.  For an additional $1000 each year, we can hire a professional to prepare our taxes, saving valuable time and helping us to avoid costly mistakes.  For approximately $4,800 per year, we can hire a part-time marketing professional to help share our services to more schools and partners, expanding our network and massively growing our impact. Without your support, all these expenses are taken out of our low and unpromised salary budget, and all the time spent on taxes and website building is less time available for impact with the kids and education for their parents. Our 2025 Fundraising Goal - $7000 With your generosity, we will use the $7000 we raise to hire a tax professional, get marketing support, and cover all our overhead, helping to set our team up for a giant impact, and a modest, well deserved salary in 2025.
