A compass rose is centered within a circular emblem featuring the text "WOUNDED LEADERSHIP" and "Healing. Restoration. Purpose." against a textured cream background and a black void.

At Wounded Leadership, we recognize that the path of ministry, while filled with profound purpose, can also lead to deep wounds. Pastors and ministry leaders often face challenges such as unjust termination, burnout, isolation, and emotional trauma. These experiences can leave leaders feeling adrift, questioning their calling, and searching for hope. Our mission is to provide a sanctuary for these wounded leaders—a place where they can find understanding, support, and a pathway to restoration. This goal will allow Wounded Leadership to help Wounded Leaders find those pathways. Your support will ensure that stories can continue to be told through the Wounded Leadership: Stories from the Wounded podcast, expand the endowment for Wounded Leaders to receive counseling and guidance, and much more. How you can help power our mission:

Pray: Lifting up the ministry of Wounded Leadership in prayer is the most vital way you can partner with us.

Donate: Wounded Leadership is a 501c3 Nonprofit therefore every dollar goes toward helping ministry leaders heal.

Share: Share Wounded Leadership with your friends, family, and on social media.
