As the Kansas prairie warms up this summer, you can stay cool by helping us plant native! The spectacular pink, purple, orange and gold blooms we see over the summer are not only beautiful, they are doing important work. Their deep roots help hold soil and moisture in place, making landscapes more resilient to drought and extreme weather. Biodiverse plant communities can also help moderate temperatures by creating healthier, more shaded ecosystems. Every native plant added to a garden supports pollinators, birds, and other wildlife while contributing to a healthier environment for all. Between June 27 and August 15, Botanical Belonging takes a short break from plant sales to focus on nursery improvements and prepare for our late summer and fall seasons. During this time, we&#39;re inviting our community to help us grow.
