A smiling woman with red hair wearing a black blazer and lime green top stands against a plain grey background.

Your gift honors the memory of Linda Gordon by supporting women in food, beverage, hospitality, agriculture, and related fields. Linda’s love of baking began in childhood, when her Aunt Clara, a baker herself, took her under her wing. That early spark became both a lifelong passion and, for a time, a way for Linda to support and raise her five children as a single mother. Although she later moved into a career in real estate to better support her family, she never stopped baking—and she passed treasured recipes and her love of creating something special for others on to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In Linda’s memory, her family has chosen to support the Cleveland Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International and its work helping women pursue and build sustainable careers in these fields. Funds raised through this memorial support grants, scholarships, mentoring, and mission-driven projects, giving women access to the tools, knowledge, expertise, and networks that can help them succeed. Through these gifts, Linda’s legacy of learning, perseverance, generosity, and community will continue—and the torch she carried can be passed to another generation. Thank you for honoring Linda by helping another woman pursue her passion.
