The mission of RoughRider AMBUCS is to inspire people to conquer challenges related to mobility & independence. One of the ways we fulfill this mission is by providing Amtryke therapeutic tricycles to riders of all ages & abilities. The RoughRider AMBUCS chapter was chartered in November of 2017 and so far we have gifted approximately 80+ Amtrykes in the Bismarck/Mandan area. So far, most of our Amtrykes have been given to youth riders ranging from 2 years of age to 16 years of age. If an individual outgrows their Amtryke or no longer needs one, our chapter will “Re-Cycle” these models; restoring them to as close to new as possible so that they can be gifted to the next rider. These therapists help to properly measure riders, as well as determine the appropriate size Amtryke & necessary adaptations.
