A white low cabinet sits in the foreground of an empty room with light wood floors, a grey accent wall, and a large mirrored wardrobe in the background.

The distance between housed and homeless is often a single emergency. A $400 car repair. One missed shift. A medical bill that lands the same week as rent. Then the notice on the door — and a family starting over with an eviction on their record. F3 exists to close that gap. We provide eviction prevention and housing stabilization services: emergency help with back rent, security deposits, and application fees for households with nowhere else to turn, plus one-on-one housing navigation. Where your money goes: direct emergency assistance to families facing eviction notices, housing navigation, and building F3's capacity to serve Colorado families at scale. Our goal: $50,000 by December 31, 2026 to launch F3's programs. F3 is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit, so your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. EIN 42-5050911.
