Space to breathe. Support to grow. This fall, Woke Chicago is bringing trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and emotional wellness experiences to students and communities across Chicago.Since 2020, we have reached more than 5,000 people, and our City Colleges of Chicago partnerships have grown from one campus to all seven. That growth reflects the trust our partners and participants have placed in this work.
