Silhouetted figures in yoga poses with outstretched arms are centered in front of a watercolor-like background of warm colors, with text overlaying the top and bottom of the image.

The Michael A. Gross, PhD Memorial Scholarship Fund Established in recognition of his commitment and dedication to excellence in education and professional training and development. Michael was an ardent supporter of life-long learning and assisted Shanti Shanti Kaur in the Immune Fitness® project in Los Angeles during the early 1990s. He led a purpose-guided life as a professor, researcher, and leader in the field of negotiation and global business management. Michael believed that a genuine teacher awakens the hidden talents and gifts of the student and prepares them to bring their best to the world. For him, teaching was more than a profession—it was a calling. He lived that calling every day with humility, integrity, compassion, and joy. His legacy will endure through the generations of students he inspired, the scholarship he created, the colleagues he mentored, and the countless people whose lives he quietly changed for the better. The scholarships funded by your generosity continue Michael's lifelong commitment to education and the success of future students. “The two most important days of your life are the day you were born and the day that you find out why.” —Mark Twain________________________________________________________Real Change, Real People“I want to thank you so much for the time you gave to teach us how to teach yoga to people with illness.
