Now, more than ever, we need our community&rsquo;s support. Horse &amp; Halo has taken on the responsibility of rehoming 65 at-risk horses in Latah County, Idaho. &nbsp; That means veterinary care, farrier care, feed, supplies, and all the little things. Which all add up very quickly when you&rsquo;re talking about this many horses.&nbsp; There are mares with foals, yearlings, and pregnant mares, as well as horses with individual needs that will have to be addressed along the way.
