Hillary has spent the last year pouring her heart, strength, and determination into a dream: qualifying for this season’s Adaptive CrossFit Games. She worked tirelessly toward that goal, pushing through every challenge with the grit and resilience that define who she is. But just hours after completing workout 26.2, her journey took an unexpected and heartbreaking turn when she landed in the emergency room. To know Hillary is to know someone who brings light to every room she enters. She is not only incredibly strong, but endlessly uplifting — the kind of person who is always the first to cheer someone on, celebrate another person’s success, or remind them of their own strength when they forget. She brings so much heart to the Psyched community, and her encouragement, kindness, and energy have touched countless lives both inside and outside the gym. Beyond her athletic accomplishments, Hillary is someone who deeply loves life and the people around her. She loves hiking, camping, fishing, being outdoors, enjoying great food, and spending time with her beloved dog, Bonanza, who holds a very special place in her heart. She has always been the person lifting others up, showing up with compassion, humor, and unwavering support. Now, it is our turn to show up for her. As Hillary heads into surgery and begins what will likely be a long and difficult recovery, we want to surround her with the same love and support she has so freely given to everyone else. This fundraiser has been created to help ease the burden of medical expenses and recovery-related needs so she can focus on healing. Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference. More than that, it will remind Hillary that she is not facing this road alone. Thank you for helping us rally around someone who has given so much of herself to others. Through the end of April, 100% of all funds raised will go directly to Hillary.
