During this Season of Creation, themed "Living Water," help Saint Isidore Catholic Worker Farm provide clean, safe drinking water to our community, guests, and animals, while protecting our home from flood waters! For over ten years, St. Isidore CW Farm in Southwest Wisconsin has been building a refuge in the midst of conventional agriculture -- a place of spiritual practice, communal life, right relationship with the Earth, hospitality, education, celebration, decolonization and nonviolent action. Our well water is now dangerously high in nitrates, and our basement is flooding -- both due to run-off from surrounding farms. In order to reach a nitrate-free aquifer, we need to dig a well over 300 feet. To protect our home, we plan to create a prairie-planted berm while reinforcing our basement walls. We have already secured a $50,000 loan and would appreciate your financial support! Please help us continue our work by supporting our dream of clean and safe water!
