Gathering Waters offers a Waldorf-inspired K&ndash;12 public education that is open to all and tuition-free. As a chartered public school, Gathering Waters operates with significantly less public funding than local district schools&mdash;roughly 50% less per student&mdash;and does not receive local tax or facilities funding. Because of this, fundraising is an ongoing part of sustaining the school. Gifts made through Gathering Waters Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support the school, help strengthen and sustain this education for families across the Monadnock region.
