The&nbsp;MCYH Legacy Fund for Ice &amp; Access&nbsp;was created to ensure that youth hockey and community ice access across the Midcoast remain&nbsp;stable, affordable, and available&mdash;not just this season, but for generations to come. As participation grows and facility availability becomes more uncertain, youth programs are often forced to react: scrambling for ice time, facing rising costs, and relying on short-term solutions.&nbsp;The Legacy Fund changes that.
