At Holy Transfiguration Melkite Greek Catholic Church, it is time to turn our hearts to a cherished tradition that unites us as a parish family: the annual Middle Eastern Food Festival, taking place September 5th and 6th. This event is far more than a gathering&mdash;it&rsquo;s a vital expression of our faith, our culture, and our community. Why the Festival MattersYes, the festival is Holy Transfiguration&rsquo;s most significant fundraiser, supporting critical expansion, improvements, and repairs for our church. Last year&rsquo;s event cost over $50,000 to produce. &nbsp;Raising that amount beforehand ensures all sales directly benefit our parish&rsquo;s growth. But its importance goes far beyond finances: <ul fr-original-style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;padding-inline-start:48px;" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px; box-sizing: inherit;"><li dir="ltr" fr-original-style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;" style='list-style-type: disc; font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre; box-sizing: inherit;'>Strengthening Our Community</li><li dir="ltr" fr-original-style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;" style='list-style-type: disc; font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre; box-sizing: inherit;'>Sharing Our Heritage</li><li dir="ltr" fr-original-style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:10pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;" style='list-style-type: disc; font-size: 10pt; font-family: "Times New Roman", serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre; box-sizing: inherit;'>Spreading Christ&rsquo;s Love</li></ul> Thank you for your unwavering support and love for our parish.
