Celebrating 30 Years of Trails, Tradition, and Volunteerism (1996&ndash;2026) For 30 years, the Thurman Connection Snowmobile Club has been dedicated to preserving, maintaining, and enhancing the trail systems that connect our Adirondack communities. Founded in 1996 with a vision to reconnect the historic snowmobile routes linking Prospect Mountain to Speculator through the heart of Thurman and Stony Creek, our club has grown into a vital part of the region&rsquo;s outdoor recreation network. Today, thanks to the tireless efforts of our volunteers, landowners, sponsors, and community partners, we maintain over 70 miles of scenic Adirondack trails. These trails provide riders with access to breathtaking mountain views, abundant wildlife, and the natural beauty that makes our region a special place to explore throughout the winter season.
