Peace Cup started in 2002, and was relaunched locally as Peace Cup USA in 2023. Two different eras, but one shared purpose: pursue peace through sports, culture, and art. Since our inception, we have been driven by one clear vision: to host a Peace Cup between North and South Korea. Peace Cup traveled across the Pacific Ocean from South Korea and was brought to life in Los Angeles. Starting with just local rag-tag tournaments, Peace Cup rapidly developed in just three years to reach over 3,000 participants and athletes from all the United States, Southeast and East Asia, and Haiti.&nbsp;In order to reach the global stage, we are committed to advancing local peace in our own communities.In the effort to allow the next generation of peacemakers to continue having the space for meaningful dialogue and relationships centered on sports, Peace Cup aims to expand, excel, and exceed our activities and network from previous years.Your support will directly go to funding our 3 areas:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tournaments. Our biggest program of the year is our winter sports festival, hosting over 1,000 athletes and participants every year. We hosted our first youth camp with the intent of providing sports training by local professionals, while instilling our principles of peace values. Peace Cup USA will also break ground in being hosted in local schools in Los Angeles to provide the same value-driven education.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Growing Our Network. As our brand grows, we seek to strengthen relationships with those outside our local community.
