We are in the process of startinf a pilot in the Cayman Islands offering guided movement and peer support.&nbsp; Now we want to add the missing piece: nutrition. With a simple, low-cost aquaponics setup, participants can grow their own fresh, nourishing food &mdash; and we&#39;ll teach them how. Every dollar goes straight into this pilot: guided movement sessions, peer-support gatherings, and a hands-on grow-your-own nutrition program people can take home.
