Campaign Statement &amp; Appeal:On Wednesday, August 26, 2026 a massive glacial collapse triggered a torrent of rushing water several meters high that swept through villages and towns of Nepal, destroying everything in its path. Many lives, Bridges, homes, and roads have been washed away in an instant. You might have heard and watched in news and different social media platforms, live and after math. While our friends in the region are safe, thousands of people have been reported dead, more than 1,000 remain still missing, and countess families &rdquo;including many local Christian households&rdquo; have been left with no place to live. As Ray of Hope International, a US-based Nepali speaking Christian organization, working for the Kingdom cause, we are called to stand in the gap. We are mobilizing emergency donations to extend immediate practical aid, medical assistance, and Christ-like comfort to those who have lost loved ones and livelihoods in this sudden tragedy. Scriptural Foundation:Our ministry&rsquo;s mission for this relief effort is grounded in God&#39;s Word, which commands us to love actively, bear one another&rsquo;s burdens, and step up as Good Samaritans:The Call to Act as the Good Samaritan:&nbsp;&quot;Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?&rdquo; The expert in the law replied, &ldquo;The one who had mercy on him.&rdquo; Jesus told him, &ldquo;Go and do likewise.&rdquo; &nbsp;Luke 10:36-37.&nbsp;Demonstrating True Faith Through Action: &quot;Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. Food &amp; Water Distribution:&nbsp;Provide non-perishable food packages and water purification supplies to prevent illness where water supplies are contaminated.3. Grief Care &amp; Bereavement Support:&nbsp;Offer physical aid, bereavement support, and encouragement to grieving families and traumatized communities.4. Rebuilding &amp; Recovery:&nbsp;Assist displaced survivors with initial resources to rebuild homes and stabilize their lives.
