Grief Support Groups for Families Grief changes everything. But no child, teen, or family should have to navigate the death of someone they love without a community of support.Through Hand in Hand Grief Support, a program of the Patrick Wesley Wheeler Foundation, we create welcoming spaces where grieving families can find connection, understanding, encouragement, and hope. From family dinners and peer support groups to meaningful activities and opportunities to build lasting relationships, our programs remind families of one powerful truth: they do not have to grieve alone. And because we believe cost should never be a barrier to healing, our grief support programs are provided at no cost to families.Your generosity helps us continue this work, welcome new families, and ensure that grief has a place in our community.Give today. Help families find their people. We heal in community.
