The Nourish Trailer and Mobile Food Hub is more than a food truck&mdash;it&#39;s a community-powered solution to food insecurity and an investment in the next generation of Indigenous, Black, and other small-scale farmers. Built around a mobile commercial kitchen and wash/pack trailer, Nourish will bring fresh, locally grown food directly to neighborhoods while creating new markets for farmers who have historically faced barriers to land, infrastructure, and distribution. Every meal served and every market reached strengthens a more equitable local food system. The trailer is built and ready to roll, but we need your help to bring it fully to life. Your contribution will help purchase essential interior kitchen equipment, refrigeration, food preparation tools, serving supplies, and cover the first year of operating costs&mdash;including insurance, fuel, licensing, maintenance, and programming. These investments will transform the trailer into a fully functioning Mobile Food Hub that can prepare healthy meals, host cooking and food preservation workshops, aggregate produce from local farms, and deliver fresh food where it is needed most.
