Portland&#39;s oldest neighborhood needs Portlanders behind it. For five years, the Old Town Community Association was paid for by a contract with Prosper Portland. That contract ended in June 2025.&nbsp; OTCA has never had its own revenue, and everything the association does now runs through a single staff position. Your gift is unrestricted. It pays for the work grants never cover: the neighborhood summits, the free public events, the lighting, and the advocacy at City Hall.
