MissionOne Good Picture explores how a single printed photograph preserves Black family memory, connection, and legacy across generations. This campaign supports the production of the film as part of Alexis Noble&rsquo;s selection as a Top 10 finalist in the How We Heal Film Lab for Racial Justice presented by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Being able to produce this film through the lab is an important step in bringing a Mississippi-made story to the screen and expanding access to independent Black filmmaking. About the FilmSet in Mississippi, One Good Picture follows a Black family holding onto one photograph as a way to stay connected to someone they are slowly losing access to. The film centers quiet, intimate moments that show how memory becomes an inheritance and how images can carry love, history, and healing across generations.
