The journey from potential to a successful career is rarely a straight line. Too many young adults are expected to navigate adulthood, education, and the workforce on their own, even though the relationships, guidance, and opportunities that shape long term success are not equally accessible to everyone. Bridge Over Troubled Water (BOTW) was created to help bridge that gap.  Through the Thrive 365 methodology, BOTW brings together employers, educators, apprenticeship sponsors, workforce organizations, and community partners to create connected pathways into employment, registered apprenticeships, postsecondary education, and long term career success. We believe opportunity can change the trajectory of a life, but lasting success comes from having the preparation, support, and real world experiences to build on that opportunity. Every contribution helps expand access to career exploration, coaching, mentorship, work based learning, and the relationships that help young adults move forward with confidence. Together, we are creating pathways to opportunity and helping the next generation build futures defined by purpose, stability, and possibility.
