Preserving a 76-Year Tradition 🥞❤️ Since 1949, Pancake Day has been the heartbeat of Centerville—an annual tradition that welcomes neighbors, friends, and visitors to gather in the heart of our community. It’s more than pancakes on the griddle; it’s a celebration of who we are, a reflection of the businesses, volunteers, and families who make our town so special. For 76 years, this event has remained accessible to all thanks to the generosity of local sponsors and community members. Businesses continue to step forward to cover much of the cost, but individual donations ensure that Pancake Day remains an event without barriers—a place where everyone can join in, no matter what. Your gift helps sustain the very traditions that connect generations: the aroma of pancakes in the morning, the music and laughter on the square, the pride of small-town Iowa on display. By supporting Pancake Day, you’re not only helping cover the costs of today—you’re investing in memories that will be cherished for decades to come. Please show your appreciation by supporting our incredible sponsors, and, if you’re able, make a personal donation to help keep this beloved tradition alive and strong for future generations. 🥞 Donate today, and let’s keep Pancake Day flipping forward!
