The world of work is changing quickly. AI is reshaping industries, creating new ways to work, and opening doors to entrepreneurship. But access to these opportunities isn&#39;t equal. Many Millennials and Gen X adults, particularly those in underserved communities, have years of professional experience, creativity, resilience, and ideas for solving problems in their workplaces and communities. What they may not have is access to the technology, entrepreneurial education, mentorship, and resources needed to turn those ideas into something tangible. Own-Your-Next-Chapter: AI Entrepreneurship Program was created to help change that. The Flex-N-Fly Foundation, in partnership with AI Founder Playbook, is providing 20 NY residents ages 30&ndash;55 with fully funded seats in a six-week, hands-on AI entrepreneurship program. This isn&#39;t about just teaching people AI in theory. It&#39;s about helping people use AI to build. Participants don&#39;t need a technology background, coding experience, a startup, or even a fully formed idea. They bring their experience, a problem they care about, or simply a desire to explore what&#39;s possible. Over six weeks, participants learn how to:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Identify a problem worth solving</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Research and develop an idea using AI</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Design a product experience</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Build a working product with AI &mdash; without coding experience</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Put their product in front of real users</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Understand what users actually do through analytics</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Improve their product based on real feedback</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Develop a pitch and determine their next move</li></ul>The goal isn&#39;t inspiration.
