A smiling woman with red hair holds a large clear bin of colorful plush toys in a room with dog crates and a painting of a dog on the wall.

When a shelter is drowning, we don’t just send a check — we send our people. Through Paws on the Ground, the Live Free Animal Rescue team loads up with supplies and travels to wherever we’re needed, from a few states away to Puerto Rico. We clean kennels, care for the animals, give exhausted staff a real break, and when a hurricane or disaster strikes, we show up for that too. We’ve answered the call in 9 states and counting. Every gift goes straight into the next trip:

$250 — pet food for a shelter that’s run short

$500 — microchips to bring lost animals home

$1,000 — vaccines to protect a shelter full of animals

$2,500 — spay & neuter surgeries

$5,000 — Mission Sponsor: powers an entire trip

No gift is too small — a full van starts with a single bag of food. We can’t be everywhere at once, but when we can step up, we will — and your gift is what gets us there. From Rescue to Home. 🩵
