Join Ship 4084 in honoring the sacrifice of our nation’s veterans through our Buddy Poppy campaign. With a small donation, you can wear a symbol that represents service, sacrifice, and remembrance—while directly supporting those who have served our country. The VFW Buddy Poppy is more than just a flower. Inspired by the fields of poppies that grew on the battlefields of World War I, it has become a nationally recognized symbol of remembrance for fallen service members. What makes the VFW Buddy Poppy program special is that it provides compensation to those who assemble the poppies, provides financial assistance in maintaining state and national veterans' rehabilitation and service programs and partially supports the VFW National Home.  When you wear a Buddy Poppy, you’re not just remembering the fallen—you’re standing with the living.Honor their sacrifice. Support our veterans. Wear a poppy.
