Praise God from whom all Blessings Flow! Last year at this time, in the wake of hurricanes Helene and Milton, we were assessing the damage on our mud-covered campus, making plans to demolish 2 flooded retreat houses and to restore the vegetation. &nbsp;Today, by God&rsquo;s grace and your generosity, we have made significant progress in restoring our campus. &nbsp;We cleared the sites of the 2 flooded houses, removed downed trees, cleaned the campus and also completed the construction that was underway of a new 18-room dormitory Annex to the Mother Couderc Retreat House. &nbsp;Thank you for your generous support! As we celebrate this milestone, we also realize that the full restoration of our campus is not complete. &nbsp; God often speaks to us through nature and we know it is essential to continue to provide a prayerful setting surrounded by natural beauty that facilitates a life-changing encounter with God. &nbsp; We often hear our retreatants, students and visitors comment that our &ldquo;retreat grounds are a sacred place to encounter Jesus.&rdquo; &nbsp; So we know that there is more work to be done. &nbsp;Our life-size Stations of the Cross have yet to be restored, more trees and vegetation need to be planted, and the sites of the demolished houses need to be transformed into prayer gardens. &nbsp;We estimate that cost to be $200,000 to $250,000. &nbsp;To that end, we have applied for a $100,000 grant from a Catholic foundation. &nbsp;However, to qualify for this grant, we are required to seek matching or collaborative funding.&nbsp; &nbsp;Would you please help us qualify for this grant by being a part of this needed collaborative funding? &nbsp; One of our generous benefactors is willing to match up to $50,000 of any collaborative donations that are received by January 15, 2026. &nbsp;No amount you give is too small because the match up to $50,000 will double your impact and you will be helping our chances to be awarded the larger grant we applied for. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In appreciation for your donation of $300 or more, we will install an engraved brick in the Fatima Prayer Courtyard for you or your loved ones.
