Building civic muscle means more than showing up once. It&#39;s the habit of engaging with your community again and again. Sustainable Princeton helps build that habit. As a non-partisan nonprofit, we work across four fronts: cutting greenhouse gas emissions, protecting Princeton&#39;s ecosystem, strengthening the town&#39;s resilience to climate change, and partnering with the Municipality, schools, and local institutions to put that sustainability into practice. That work starts with listening. When small, local, independently owned landscaping businesses told us what they needed to transition to cleaner, greener practices, we built the training and resources to answer that ask. Through programs like S.T.A.R. Neighborhoods, Sustainable Minds, and resources for residents and businesses, we give Princetonians concrete ways to flex that muscle, together, year after year.
