The Chicagoland Alphas invite young men ages 12&ndash;18 to Project Alpha 2025 on Saturday, November 1, 2025 (8:00 a.m.&ndash;2:00 p.m. CST) at&nbsp;Southland College Preparatory Charter High School, 4601 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471. Launched in 1980 through a partnership between Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation, Project Alpha equips young men with accurate information on responsibility, relationships, teen pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases. &nbsp;It combines education, motivation, and skill-building through workshops led by Alpha brothers. This year&rsquo;s theme is &ldquo;Real Talk: Decisions Define Destiny&mdash;Empowering Young Men to Lead with Purpose, Character, and Responsibility.&rdquo; Workshops will focus on Male Responsibility, Mental Health, Domestic Violence, STDs, and Dealing with Law Enforcement, giving participants the tools to succeed in school, at home, and in their communities.
