Demand Federal Action: Protect Our Airspace and Open the Skies Now This project is a federal legal effort and legislative campaign to ensure that the airspace above the Red Lake Indian Nation remains open for all air travel. Following the emergency landing and temporary seizure of a Roseau pilot's vintage aircraft under a tribal ordinance claiming exclusive possession of 20,000 feet of airspace, this action challenges the authority of Tribal officers to regulate federal navigable airspace and sues the FAA to force the enforcement of its own exclusive jurisdiction.
