Two colorful logos for "MNPOC Pride" and "Rainbow Roots" are centered against a plain white background.

Rainbow Roots is MNPOC Pride's youth leadership and workforce readiness program for young people ages 14-24. Participants gain hands-on training in resume writing, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and financial literacy, along with public health education, mentorship, stipends, internships, and ambassador opportunities. Through a clear pathway, Participant → Ambassador → Intern → Community Leader, Rainbow Roots creates an affirming space where LGBTQ+ and BIPOC youth build the skills, relationships, and confidence to lead. Your gift supports youth stipends, program supplies, food and transportation, and leadership opportunities for young people in our community.
