Arizona Stray Savers is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming Arizona&rsquo;s most vulnerable dogs. Many of the dogs we take in come from neglect, abandonment, overcrowded shelters, or situations where they have never experienced structure or stability.Running a rescue does not stop when we go to work. While we work full-time jobs to financially support this rescue, the dogs still require constant care, supervision, and safety monitoring throughout the day. Many rescue dogs need structured supervision to prevent stress, anxiety, and potential conflicts as they decompress and adjust to a safe environment. The Arizona Stray Savers Caregiver Fund was created to help provide safe daytime supervision, enrichment, and care for rescue dogs while we are working. This fund allows us to hire trusted helpers who can be present with the dogs during work hours to help maintain feeding routines, monitor behavior, provide enrichment, and ensure every dog remains safe and cared for. Without daytime coverage, rescue dogs can experience increased stress, behavior setbacks, and higher risk of injury. With proper supervision and structured care, dogs remain stable, continue progressing in training and socialization, and become more prepared for successful adoption into permanent homes.Donations to this fund go directly toward daily dog care support, including hiring trusted helpers for supervision, supporting feeding and medication routines, providing enrichment and human interaction, and maintaining safe group environments for the dogs in our care. This is direct, daily care support that helps keep rescue operations safe, stable, and sustainable. Monthly giving makes the biggest long-term impact. Recurring donations allow us to plan reliable care coverage and ensure dogs are safe every day, not just during emergencies. Even small monthly support helps create stable, predictable care for rescue dogs who rely on us completely.A monthly donation of $25 helps cover approximately one hour of safe supervision.
