Thank you for taking the next step toward retreat with Agape Church. Agape retreats are donation-based offerings for members who complete the retreat registration process. To complete your registration request, a $450 minimum donation is required at the time this form is submitted. The recommended donation for this retreat is $900 if given in full. If you begin with the $450 minimum donation, any remaining suggested donation may be given no later than 10 days before retreat. Submitting this form and minimum donation does not guarantee participation. Our team reviews each registration with care for preparation needs, contraindications, sincerity, and retreat fit. If Agape Church determines your registration cannot move forward due to contraindications, safety concerns, or retreat fit, your minimum donation will be refunded. If your registration is accepted and you later cancel, withdraw, fail to complete preparation requirements, or do not attend, your minimum donation is non-refundable. Thank you for helping us hold this work in a good way.
