Taking care of ourselves continues beyond the surf.We meet twice a month for 90-minute sessions on the beach at 5W on Folly Beach for light surf-focused conditioning, expressive arts activities, mindful exercises, stretching, and play. &nbsp;No surfing experience is required.No fitness experience is expected.Just come exactly as you are.All women are invited to take time for themselves, show up for themselves, and nourish their bodies.&nbsp;
