At Cox Memorial UMC, we seek “to make known the welcoming love of God in Jesus and to serve in his name” through worship, prayer, and everyday acts of care. Your gift helps helps us with this mission. Some of the ways your donations support our church include: providing a warm and safe meeting place for five AA groups and a Paint Group, our on-going mission of preparing food backpacks for the local schools, donations to the Hallowell Food Bank, sponsoring a Trunk or Treat for Hall-Dale school children, a Christmas Fair which raises funds for local charities, assistance in fulfilling the needs of local families who have been lifted through the school system, and many more ways our congregation serves neighbors in Christ’s love.
