Help Send a Hand to the ROWGetting started in the pipeline and skilled trades takes more than a strong work ethic. New workers may need hundreds—or even thousands—of dollars for work boots, PPE, tools, welding gear, training, certifications, travel, and temporary lodging before receiving their first paycheck. The Send a Hand to the ROW campaign was created to help good hands overcome those first barriers and get a real opportunity to succeed. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to support 10 first-year pipeline and skilled-trades workers as they begin their careers. Assistance may help cover approved employment-related needs, including:

Work boots and required PPE

Tools and welding gear

Training and certifications

Travel and temporary lodging

Other qualifying costs required to begin work

Every applicant will be reviewed, and assistance will be based on verified need, available funding, and program eligibility. Award amounts may vary.Your gift can help put opportunity within reach:

$100 helps purchase essential safety gear

$250 helps provide work boots or basic tools

$500 helps equip a new worker for the job

$1,000 helps cover major startup, training, or travel expenses

$2,500 can provide comprehensive support for one first-year worker

This is not about giving someone a handout. It is about giving a hardworking person a way onto the ROW—and the chance to build a career, support a family, and become part of the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
